Obituary for Christopher Allen Boyd
AZLE - Christopher "Chris" Allen Boyd, loving father of three, passed away suddenly at the age of 42.
Chris was born January 5, 1977, in Fort Worth, Texas. He spent 18 years married to Shonda Beth Boyd and together they raised two daughters, Alexis Boyd and Zoe Boyd, and one son, Caiden Boyd. Chris was the founder and owner of Chris Boyd Electric where he spent countless hours working to see that the job was completed. He worked hard to make sure his children had not only what they needed but what they wanted; his family was his world.
When Chris was not working, he was an avid bass fisherman. He loved the lake and outdoors in general, as well as riding his Harley. Chris especially enjoyed spending time with his life long friend, Aaron Britton, his family, and his friends; he was always available to help anyone in need.
Chris was preceded in death by his grandfather, M.L. Boyd.
Chris is survived by his wife of 18 years, Shonda Beth Boyd; daughters, Alexis and Zoe Boyd; son, Caiden Boyd; father. Lonnie Boyd and wife, Sandi of Oklahoma; mother, Linda Harris and Ricky Pack; sister, Carla Cherryhomes; and a host of sisters- and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, October 7, 2019 at Laurel Land Memorial Park in Fort Worth, Texas (7100 Crowley Road, Fort Worth 76134)
