Obituary for Dorothy Ann Viers (Stacy)
Dorothy “Dottie” Ann Stacy Viers, 70 years old, passed away peacefully in her sleep with family by her side on Friday, August 12, 2022 in Forth Worth, TX.
Born in Grundy, VA, she was the daughter of the late Marvin and Opal Stacy. She was a longtime resident of Richlands, VA, and was of the Baptist faith. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and friend. She loved to cook and cherished every moment spent with her grandchildren.
In addition to her mother and father, she was preceded in death by her brother: Paul Stacy.
Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter Marsha Stiltner Redmond of Fort Worth, TX; Grandchildren: Devin Stiltner, Nekisha (Barry) Wagner, Mark (Katie) Redmond Jr; Great-Grandchildren: Alexis Redmond, Nathan Wagner, Skylar Redmond; Brother: Curtis Stacy; and a niece and nephew.
Per Dorothy’s wishes her body will be cremated and her ashes will be spread at a later date.
