Joe Walter Rios was born June 30, 1972 in Arlington, Texas to MaryAnn Soto and Juan Rios He passed away peacefully February 11, 2023.
He worked as a general contractor most of his life. He enjoyed fishing, swimming in the Paluxy River, and spending time with his family.
He married his longtime love, Alicia Chairez on October 23, 2021 creating a family of 6 children and 4 grandchildren with 2 on the way.
He is survived by both parents, wife, children and numerous nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
