John Lloyd King Obituary

John Lloyd King, 70, passed away on January 26th in his sleep at home in Kennedale, TX. He was born March 26th, 1952, to George and Willodeane King in LaGrange, GA.
John enjoyed riding motorcycles with his son, fishing, air shows, car shows, and eating family dinner on Sunday. John served in the National Guard, and he was a proud American. He was an over the road truck driver for over 40 years and enjoyed seeing the country.
John was known for being a very strong and patient man by his family and friends, and he always put other people’s needs before his own. He was a hard worker, good provider for his family, loving father, stepfather, and brother. He also adored his granddaughter, Mackenzi, and enjoyed spending time with her.
Survivors include his son Brandon King, step-children Brandy Lewis and David Lutjens, his brother George King and his wife Cheryl, his sister Sue King, and his granddaughter, Mackenzi King, and numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
John was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
A service will be held on Friday February 24th, 2023 at 1:00 at Church Angels Funeral Home in Fort Worth, Texas.
