John Patrick Smith was born March 17, 1962, in Denison, TX to the late Maria and Pete Smith.
He grew up in Grapevine where he created friendships that lasted a lifetime with Robert and Mike, along with many others along the way. He started working at 12 years old and never stopped, starting in construction and finding his niche in Sand Trap Services. A true embodiment of “early to bed, early to rise” John was known for always being up before the sun. He loved being outside, working on projects, and most of all, fishing.
