Obituary for KELLY JO KING (PARKER)

Kelly King
Kelly King was born in De Funiak Springs, Florida to the parentage of Paul and Billie Parker on 12-19-1962. She graduated from L D Bell High School in Hurst Texas. She continued her education and obtained an Associated Degree in Merchandising from Norwood University and a Marketing curriculum through GDAR. Kelly also obtained a Commercial Real Estate License.

Kelly’s journey has taken her from working Haute Couture in Dallas, managing and leading several teller- marketing rooms, driving a school bus, being a Beautiful wife and Queen, loving Mother, and she even waited tables. All this lead her to her passion, Multi Family Housing. This is where Kelly excelled. She went from Property Manager all the way up to being Director of Operations. Kelly loved helping and providing families a place to live.

Kelly also had a great eye for making for turning these multi family units around. Making B and C properties nice places to live. She could move properties that were in the Red and improve them to were they were in the Black and profitable. That’s when she decided to move to Commercial Real Estate.

Kelly other passion was “Love”. She always had a lesson to give or teach and it was always from a place of “Love”. This is the characteristic that defined her. This is the quality that will be missed the most. She would good out of her way to help people even though they my have done her in a bad way. Her strength and courage also was second to none. A true “Wonder Woman”.

Kelly is preceded in death by her parents Billie and Paul Parker.

Left to spread Kelly’s Legacy is her sons Aaron (Tuddy) and Jamale (Tiddy). Her daughters, Stefanie, Saira and Thuy. Her grandkids Amora and Nickalas. Mother and father in law Johnnie and Charles King. Her sister and brother, Dana Patterson and Guy Parker. Her brother and sister in laws Robert Patterson , Kathy Parker, Mishaun and Charles King Jr., Nikki Reed. John Paul (J.P.), Courtland, Kennedy, Kasey, Toy, Tim, and a host of nieces and nephew. Her Pug “Brick” and her husband of 33 year Anthony King
