Obituary for Roy Douglas "Doug" Walker
Roy Douglas ( Doug ) Walker lost his battle with leukemia and was called home to heaven on February 2, 2023.
Doug was born on April 19, 1948 in Dallas, Texas.
Doug was a University of North Texas graduate where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business and went on to pursue a career in sales engineering. Doug was a proud member of the Chickasaw Indian Nation. He was also an active member and supporter of the Boy Scouts of America.
Doug is survived by his wife, Rebecca ( Becky ) Walker, mother, Lottie Dyer Walker, sister, Dianne Detmering,, children, Emily Faltesek, and Leslie Pratt, step children, Jennifer Wren and Glenn Monday III, along with cousins and numerous grand and great grandchildren. Doug will be greatly missed.
