ARLINGTON - Shirley T. Starkes Montanez, 80, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2019.
Celebration of Life: 12 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2019, at Church Angels Funeral Home with officiant David Garcia.
Shirley was preceded in death by her father, Rev. Ira T. Starkes; mother, Velma Jackson Starkes; brother; and sister.
Those left to cherish her memories include her three daughters, Cheri Staton, Victoria Montanez and Deborah Montanez; brother, Birdell Starkes; son-in-law, Daryl Staton; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins friends and church family.
