Tracie Chastain passed away after a long and brave battle with cancer on 6-7-2020.
Memorrals: In lieu of flowers, The Family requests donations to SPCA (Society for the prevention of cruelty to animals) or any charity of your choice. Tracie’s commitment to all God’s creatures was a sight to behold.
Tracie was born May 4th, 1966 in Fort Worth, Texas to Jack and Jacqualine Byrd (Glazner). She leaves her loving husband, Steve Chastain and her two beloved dogs, Kennedy and Cleo. She leaves her father, Jack Byrd, her sister, Jeri Reed and her nieces, Meri Sue, Harleigh and her Great niece, Maxine who was entering this world as Tracie was leaving. She will join her mother, Jacqualine Glazner and her brother, Billy Byrd on the other side.
Tracie graduated from Western Hills High School in Fort Worth. She obtained her BA in Business Communications from Kaplan University. She ended her professional career very happily and fulfilled at Alcon Laboratories.
Tracie loved to travel, her passion for music and art fulfilled her solace. She enjoyed running marathons as well as camping and nature.
Her life ended too quickly and she will be forever missed.
