Obituary for WILLIAM LEE GRUMBLES
William Lee Grumbles born October 24th, 1967 preceded in death by his parents Martha Jo Seghers Grumbles and Johnny Lee Grumbles.
Left this earth June 5, 2020 as a member of Hallmark Baptist Church.
Will graduated from Crowley High School in 1986. He loved the Cowboys and going to the Ranger game. He loved movies, listening to Country music, especially old country songs from the past. He enjoyed going to concerts with family and more than anything he loved his annual Nelson Family Reunion. The traditional reunion would have been this weekend but due to COVID-19 the reunion had to be skipped this year for the first time in 85 years leaving Will and the family so very disappointed. Family was so important to Will. He loved playing card games of all kinds and could not wait for the next time for everyone to get together. William Lee is survived by his daughters: Katie Grumbles; Lauren Davis and husband Rick; Jamye Sherman and husband Cameron. Grandchildren: Remington and Emory. Will resided the last several years in Crowley with his sister Cyndi Dyche and husband Kevin. He is also survived by his very special niece and nephew Khilya Dyche and Jeffrey Dyche as well as a large extended family and host of friends. Special thanks to his most recent caretaker of two years Doris Wilson.
